RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Returns and Exchanges of Online Purchases

Email RMA Request or call 724-775-2768 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return address. Email is preferred for record keeping properties.

 Return Policy: Enclosed with every Internet order you will find a Sales Receipt together with the shipping label. Pack and seal your return securely and make sure to include a copy of the original receipt with the merchandise you are returning. Please make sure to include the Credit Card information in your return package. Do not send this information via email.

 If you wish to return an item/s, we will gladly accept the garment/s back and refund you the full purchase price less 15% restocking fee except for exchange item/s. You must let us know via email, or write in the sales receipt the reason why you are returning in order to accept the garment/s. This amount will be credited back to the original credit card. Returns must be sent back within 7 days or one week from the time your order is delivered. The customer is/are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. The garment(s must be returned in their original condition. Clothes that are damaged, discolored, stained, used or changed in any way will not be accepted for a return. If the garment is not in its original condition when returned, the garment will be returned to the customer at the customers' expense. When returning, please state the reason why you are returning.
 Hawaiian Tan & Skin Care Products are not refundable. If any of your items are defective, please mail them back to the address below.

 Exchange Policy: Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days or one week from the time your order is delivered. Any difference in pricing including shipping charges must be paid through your credit card, PayPal, check or money order. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. The garment must be returned in its original condition. Clothing that is damaged, discolored, stained, used or changed in any way will NOT be accepted for an exchange. If the garment is not in its original condition when returned for exchange, the garment will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Exchanges will be shipped through US Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
  Please send a check, money order or credit card information to cover Shipping Fees as found on our Shipping page based on the value of your exchange, along with a copy of your sales receipt, so we can send your exchange back to you. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks.


All sales are final on: Wholesale, Bulk Orders, Discounted items, Special Orders, Hawaiian Tan, Skin Care Products and Forever Florals Hawaiian Gifts

Returned Checks: Hawonder/Nimaco will  charge a $25.00 processing fee for any insufficient funds returned checks. Please refer to your invoice number on all correspondence.

Disclaimer: Hawonder/Nimaco, in conjunction with Federal Express / UPS or USPS will deliver your package(s). Carriers DO NOT  call  customers before they deliver packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Hawonder/Nimaco and its carriers are not responsible as follows:

A refund of any shipping and handling charges is not available unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.

Credit Card Refunds: Once your return is processed we will issue a credit within 5 business days of receipt of your return. The credit will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
