How to Order?

Here at Hawonder, we want you to feel comfortable and secure with both the product and the process. Your satisfaction is our only goal. If you're not happy, if you don't purchase from us, if you don't return, we don't make any money. This isn't a hobby. This is what we do. So we want you to be happy before, during and after your purchase.

We have tried very hard to make this site extremely easy to use. The navigation links on the left lead you to their respective product section pages. The section pages have pictures of the product in that section. If one of the pictures tickles your fancy, you can click on it to go to that products' page for more information.

On pages where there is a choise of size or color you can select your size, color and press the button "Add To Cart?" to add items your shopping cart, whereupon you will be whisked magically off to the checkout system. There, if you click the back button, you can continue shopping and adding ever more items to your shopping basket. When you are done shopping, click the link "Go To Cart" at the top of the page to pay for your items.

Please check to make sure you selected the correct size, color and quantity of the items you are purchasing. If you need to make any changes to an item, click on the link "Remove" button to take an item out of your cart. Then go back to that products' page select the correct size, color, or style and click the "Add To Cart?" button again.

  1. If you would like to pay by PayPal, you should click on the "GetPayPal Info". You will then be taken to the PayPal site to either login or enter your personal information into the PayPal system either way after your identity and payment detail are in the PayPal system you will be returned to our site to finish the check out process. Clunky, I know, but what can one do?
  2. If you are not using PayPal simply click through using the "Checkout" button.
  3. Welcome to the Shipping page. We know it is the shipping page because it says so on the yellow button at the top. Enter your Shipping Information left side of the page.
  4. Under the Shipping Information section notice the shipping options section. You must select your preferred shipping method. Different shipping methods have a significant effect on total price, so find the balance of cost and speed you are comfortable with.
  5. In the middle of the page, under Billing Iinformation, you can select either the "Same as Shipping Address" circle or the "Other" circle and enter your Billing Address if different.
  6. Under Billing Information you can select the method of payment. We accept Visa, Master Card and Pay Pal.
  7. At the bottom of the page, you will find the "Other Information" section where you can enter an e-mail address where we can send a copy of your order. You can also ask Yahoo! to send you a merchant rating email. And say something nice about us in the comments box. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the Order Review page.
  8. Check that the information is correct; if you need to make any changes, press the button on your browser "Back" or click the "Send Order " button to, surprise, send order.
  9. Which brings you to the Order Review page. Check the information on your Sales Receipt. If you need to make any changes, please email us the information so we can make the nesesary corrections. We suggest you print a copy for your records.

If you entered a email address back on the Shipping page, within a few minutes you should be receiving an email confirmation with a copy of your purchase receipt via email. If you don't, please contact us via email so we can get the correct email address where we can sent you your receipt.

MAIL ORDERS:

Occasionally we will get orders in the mail. Checks will be held ten days for clearing. Checks must be made payable to NIMACO, the company that owns the Hawonder web property.

If you have any questions about your order, please provide your order number so we can answer your questions promptly.

For orders within the United States, except Pennsylvania, or to countries outside the United States, there are no taxes added. For orders being shipped outside of the United States, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
